This Self-Declaration is made by LSPG EBOOKNOW SOULUUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED ("the Company") in compliance with the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 notified by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, Government of India, and the advisory of the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT).

2. Declaration of Compliance

The Company hereby self-declares that it is a Direct Selling Entity and undertakes to comply with the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021. In particular, the Company confirms that it:

• Is a duly incorporated company under the Companies Act, 2013, holding the CIN stated above.
• Carries on the business of direct selling of genuine consumer wellness products.
• Does not require any person to purchase any product or pay any charge as a condition of becoming, or continuing as, a Direct Seller — registration is free.
• Operates a sales-based compensation plan; remuneration is linked to the sale of products and not to mere enrolment of other persons.
• Does not promise or represent any guaranteed income; see our Income Disclaimer.
• Maintains a buy-back / repurchase and refund policy for Direct Sellers and consumers; see our Refund & Buy-Back Policy.
• Issues a Direct Seller agreement and identity credential, and completes KYC for its Direct Sellers.
• Has appointed a Grievance Redressal / Nodal Officer; see our Grievance Redressal page.
• Keeps a record of its Direct Sellers and their contact details, and monitors the value of products actually sold to consumers.

4. Undertaking

The Company undertakes to keep this declaration and the underlying compliances current, and to furnish such information to DPIIT and consumer authorities as may be required from time to time. This declaration is issued for the purposes of transparency and regulatory compliance.
